Free Workshop on Cytosine Modifications
This hands-on workshop is jointly presented by the M-LEEaD Pan Omics & Data Science Core and the U-M Epigenomics Core for interested UMICH investigators, P30 investigators, ESI investigators, students, and research staff interested in learning more about epigenetics (specifically DNA cytosine modifications) including laboratory and statistical methods for analysis and epigenetic clocks. The day will culminate in a hands-on workshop focused on Illumina EPIC array analysis including QC, processing, and differential methylation analysis. Some experience with R basic programming is required for the workshop.
